We agree to:

• Provide you with a Pharma Hermetic Concierge to support you along your hair recovery journey, respond to your feedback, offer suggestions, and help you to understand how to use the product and make lifestyle adjustments that may ensure rapid and healthy hair recovery.
• This program is customized to you, your biology, and your lifestyle to give you the maximum possibility of growing a full, thick head of hair. To be successful, you must use the product according to the directions.

You agree to:

• Subscribe to the Pharma Hermetic Hair Recovery Program and maintain your subscription for the duration of the 9-month treatment cycle.
• Share your customer progress report 2 times per month and provide feedback on your progress and results. This way, we can continue to customize your treatment and help you get the hair growth you want.
